Autumn Candles!

Candles are one of the best seasonal things. I am a big candle lover and I love changing them out each season. However, I'm not picky about whether or not a certain scent fits in the current season! Recently I bought a big bunch of Yankee Candle votive candles and this season I'm excited to try out a few of them!

Pain Au Raisin To me, Autumn is all about baking. I'm going to be baking so much as soon as I get into a routine with college and stuff. I love baking, as you might know and I'm hoping to try a few new recipes this season!

Cappucino Truffle Honestly, I hate coffee, almost everything about it turns me off but I have a weird like for the smell and I think this candle might make me like coffee more, which is always a plus because energy!!

Tarte Tatin and another baking scent. Personally I'd never baked, nor heard of, a tarte tatin but now I'm weirdly inspired to try and make it. We'll see. I'm excited to know what it smells like too!

Black Plum Blossom Floral and fruity scents are my two go-to's so having the two-in-one makes me so excited to burn this candle! It's also purple which is always a win!!

Angel's Wings Ok, so naturally this is perhaps a summer scent, but I think it might be nice to have a less intense smell around my room sometimes, since all of the others are pretty strong.

Ginger Dusk Normally me and ginger have a love hate relationship so let's see if I love or hate this candle this Autumn!

A little trip!

On Sunday 2nd March me and two of my friends decided to head to the beach as two of us are art students and the photos would help with our project. Typical us, we did not plan for the weather and ended up not spending long there. However, I did buy a breakfast baguette which was delicious and well worth the walk. We were in fact planning to go to a further away beach but as the weather was bad we decided against the idea. We headed out at about 10:30, cameras in hand. Before we got to the beach we stopped at the shop for said Breakfast baguette and I noticed in the magazine section that there was a mag containing a one direction quiz so obviously I did it and sneaky Cerys caught this on camera. Excuse my wet hair please!

The photos of me were taken by Cerys on her camera then edited by me. Beach photos and such taken by me on my camera. However, I did not edit the beach photos at all as they're beautiful naturally. Another thing we did not plan was for the police to be on the beach. Apparently they were looking for a bomb although I highly doubt that. Sorry if they happen to be in some of the pictures. Because of the bad weather and police we didn't actually go onto the beach so I didn't have many good photos, here's my favourites!

Winter Makeup Haul! ❅

So, I went to a nearby shopping town with Emily (I have blogged about days with her before) today for Christmas shopping. (I have vlogged and done a haul-coming soon!) I bought mainly clothes (the onesie above) but I did get a few makeup-y pieces and since this is a mostly beauty blog, I thought I'd show you the makeup I got.

Side note: Dad paid for it because he is wrapping it up for me for Christmas; no hate! Also, I haven't tried anything apart from the nail polish; I sneaked it on. Oopsy!

We went into I think Superdrug first and I literally RAN to find the MUA One Direction section, I mean RAN. I turned into an animal. When I got there three girls were stood in the way so I had to do the awkward 'Oh, I don't want to go where you are, I'm just browsing the foot scrubs' thing until they went away, which eventually, they did and I looked at the 1D stuff. After literal hours of looking I settled on the Harry lipstick. I can't recall the name right now, sorry! It's red. Oooooh - adventurous!

I also picked out the Louis nail polish because it is a beautiful purple colour which will be perfect for January time! I also can't remember the name sorry but I do remember the whole line has great names. A* for names boys!

MY FAVOURITE WINTER PJS!

 

Hello everyone so today's blog post is going to be about my favourite Winter PJs but this may not be 100% true anymore, becccaaauuuse, today I went on a mega shop and I got a onesie from Primark so it could take the thrown off this sexy outfit. 

 

As you can clearly see, it's not a set. I threw them together to be absolutely honest but it's such a cosy outfit. Also, can we just look at how SWAGGGILLICIIOUS I look here. Alanna, never say that again. Thanks. 

 

The bottoms were from Primark's Winter Pyjama range for Children from last year (Sorry you can't get them now) They came in a set but I don't wear the top because it's so basic and I am no basic bitch. I pair it with what I like to call the 'Liar' top.



 

I'm pretty sure my Dad got this as a freebie from somewhere but it's so comfy. It's Nike and says 'Log out, shut down, Go RUN!' but we all know this top is the closest I'm getting to doing that this Winter.

FISHTAIL FIESTA!

Hello Everyone!!

We've all seen fishtail braids going around and they're so beautiful but I never could do a nice one because my hair is quite short and I'm kift, but one day I gave it a go, AND LOVED IT!! I now do the fishtail braid almost everyday, and each day it looks better and better. This particular day I took photos.

I used to despise 1D aloottttt because I was a loyal JLSter but now I feel like JLS have given up on us, but I would never hold a grudge against them, but over these few weeks I have fallen for 5 boys, there's a cute Irish blonde, a goooorgeous Bradford boy with a nice quiff, a lovely half bald lad, a boy who likes wearing stripes and of course, MY BOYFRIEND, the curly haired one with the most gorgeous smile and dimples. Yes of course, One Direction, I have FALLEN in love with them, I can't wait to see their new movie, although I don't know when I'm going to see it, but I will, BELIEVE ME, I WILL.

Guesssss whatttttt?! It's my birthday in just under 5 weeks, I'll be the big 1-5. Ooh la la! 22nd September :) Yay! But it's scary to think that in 1 year I'll be almost 16 Oh My! When I write a blog post and mention my 16th birthday you can all say, I remember when you were almost 15 - Fetus Al <3

O, H + M OTD! 12th Aug '13

 Well Hello There! Today I decided I'd do a O, H + M OTD for you (Outfit, Hair and Makeup of the day) which is a type of post I've never done before, if you like these, let me know please<3

My top is from Primark and featured in my recent Primark haul. It is this CAAAUTE black and white crop top with long sleeves, it shows a bit of skin which I usually wouldn't allow but I was having what I like to call a 'confident' day when I think Yolo and show a bit of tummy!

Oh Hello Mrs. Primark! I paired the top with my leggingy disco pants, which I love, they are so comfy! They make me feel really happy with myself, I don't know why! Haha!

  So, this snakeskin claspy bracelet is from Primark I do believe, a few seasons ago! I love how it looks with a black and white outfit, a k a, the one I wore yesterday!!

My skull bracelet is from The Factory Shop and I love love love it. It adds a good pop of colour to any outfit.

My fake converse come from Primark, they are the perfect burgundy to add to any colour-less outfit.



My Daughter necklace is from a small boutique in Minehead Town, I love it. You can hardly see it here unfortunately! 

 My face makeup was just the everyday rubbish really, but my eyes, that's where the party is at.

My first winged eyeliner that has gone well!!

The new header

Well, I'm upping my game? Do you like my new header? I made it all by myself and I am rather proud.. I have a review to come for the Burns dog treats, Lathams adult Lamb and adult chicken and Butchers dog food.
